All payments on warehousebfy.com are processed securely by Stripe, a licensed payment provider.
1. Payment methods we accept
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
- GrabPay
- PayNow: scan the QR code at checkout with your bank or payment app
We do not accept cash, cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery.
2. Currency and prices
- All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- WAREHOUSE BFY is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
- Delivery is free, so the total at checkout is the total you pay.
3. Payment security
- Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
- Your card details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment form. We never see or store your full card details.
- Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment, for example with a one-time password (OTP).
4. PayNow payee name
When you pay by PayNow, the payee name may appear as “Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd.”. This is normal, because Stripe collects the payment on our behalf.
5. When you are charged
You are charged when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successful. If a payment fails, no order is placed and you will not be charged.

Refunds are made to your original payment method. See our Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy for details.
