This Privacy Policy explains how WAREHOUSE BFY (UEN 53529224D) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use warehousebfy.com, place an order or contact us. We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

- When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details.
- When you create an account: your login email and password (stored in encrypted form) and your order history.
- When you contact us by email, phone, contact form or live chat: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- When you book an office appointment: your name, contact details and preferred date and time.
- When you browse our website: technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies (see section 7).
We do not collect or store your full card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.
3. Why we use your personal data

- UPS, to deliver your orders
- Our live chat provider and customer support service provider, to answer your chat messages on our behalf

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, for example to government authorities.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
5. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers, such as our payment and live chat providers, may store or process data outside Singapore. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your personal data receives protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
6. How long we keep your data
- Order and payment records: 5 years, as required for tax and accounting purposes in Singapore.
- Other personal data (such as messages, chats and appointment requests): only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, after which we delete or anonymise it.
7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies, to keep items in your cart, process checkout and keep you logged in
- Cookies from our payment provider (Stripe), to process payments securely and help prevent fraud
- Cookies from our live chat provider, to run the chat window and keep your conversation
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout may not work.
8. How we protect your data
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to personal data is limited to those who need it to handle your order or enquiry. If a data breach occurs that must be reported under the PDPA, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required.

- Ask for access to the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct personal data that is wrong or incomplete
- Withdraw your consent to our use of your personal data at any time
To make a request, email our Data Protection Officer (section 11). We will reply within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, we will tell you if this means we can no longer process an order or provide a service.

Our store is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order for you.
