Office visits are by appointment only, to meet us or view samples. All orders are placed online and delivered to you. We do not offer collection from our office.
2. Using this website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy and our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Please read them before you order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
3. Our products
We sell bags. We try to show each product’s colour, size and details accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will tell you and give you a full refund for that item.
4. Prices
- All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- WAREHOUSE BFY is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
- Delivery within Singapore is free, with no minimum order.
- We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
If we find a clear pricing error on an order, we will contact you before dispatch. You may then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards
- GrabPay
- PayNow
We do not see or store your full card details. For PayNow, the payee name may appear as “Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd.”.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Your order is accepted when we send that confirmation email.
We may cancel an order before dispatch if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver within Singapore only. Orders are delivered by UPS within 5 business days, free of charge. Full details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
How to cancel an order, return an item or get a refund is set out in our Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy.
9. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies these laws provide.
10. Your account
You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, please keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
11. Website content
The text, images and design on this website belong to WAREHOUSE BFY or its suppliers. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Fair use of this website
Please do not misuse this website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code or placing false orders.
13. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under the laws listed in section 9.
14. Third-party services
We use trusted service providers to run this store, such as Stripe for payments, UPS for delivery and a live chat service for customer support. Their use of your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Singapore.
